Il presentatore del poster dovra stare accanto al suo lavoro per tutta la durata della sessione. I poster non dovranno superare le dimensioni di 120 cm (h.) e 100 cm. (l.), potranno essere affissi la mattina del giorno della presentazione e dovranno essere tolti entro il giorno stesso.
I membri della Commissione Poster esamineranno i poster durante le 2 sessioni per l'assegnazione dei premi per i migliori contributi presentati da giovani autori. I Premi Poster saranno assegnati dalla Commissione Poster e consegnati ai vincitori alla chiusura dei lavori il 10 giugno.
